The legal bit

Data Boost:
Available to new and existing pay monthly mobile customers who sign up to a home broadband plan. Data allowance boosted by 5GB. You’ll lose the data boost if you cancel your home broadband. Not available with 30 day SIM only plans or non-lease sharer plans. In order to retain your data boost when you upgrade or change your pay monthly plan, your EE home broadband must still be active and you must be moving to an eligible pay monthly plan. Worth £10 based on the £19.99 cost for a 10GB add-on that lasts up to a month for a pay monthly customer. Calculation based on pricing as at 01/11/2016.

EE Mobile Plan:
24 month minimum term.

EE Home Broadband Plan:

Shared Plans:
Account holder of lead 4GEE plan authorises all connections on the Shared 4GEE plan to incur data charges (including roaming) on their behalf. Max 5 connections & minimum term on each. Not all minimum terms may expire at the same time. Charges apply if you cancel any of the connections. Compatible device required. Saving depends on combination of selected plans and devices.

Weekend Calls:
Zero-rated calls to UK landlines 01, 02 and 03 from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday periods. Re-dial before 60 minutes to avoid call charges. All calls are rounded up to the nearest minute. If you make calls to numbers beginning 084, 087, 09 or 118 in the UK, your call charge is comprised of the EE access charge of 11p/min and a service charge that is set by the organisation you are calling. Anytime + Mobile Plan:
Zero rated calls to UK landlines starting 01, 02, 03, 1,500 minutes per month to call UK mobile numbers (excluding Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man); and calls to selected international standard landline numbers (see for countries), when using your landline at any time.  We can change any of the included countries from the add-on upon reasonable notice. Re-dial before 60 minutes to avoid call charges. All calls are rounded up to the nearest minute. If you make calls to numbers beginning 084, 087, 09 or 118 in the UK, your call charge is comprised of the EE access charge of 11p/min and a service charge that is set by the organisation you are calling.  We’ll cover the cost of the EE access charge when you call 0845 or 0870 numbers at any time. 20p connection charge and standard per minute charges apply if you have used up your 1,500 minutes to UK mobile numbers.  Unused minutes do not rollover.  Calls to international landlines will be subject to a 1,000 minute fair use policy and you cannot use this allowance to make calls to non-geographic or premium rate numbers.  Can only be added at the time you join a Fibre Broadband or Standard Broadband plan and cannot be added at any other time. Engineer visit:
For customers without a line already installed, an engineer visit costing £60 may be required.

Early Cancellation Credit:
Only available to customers who are in contract with another provider for their broadband and calls subscription on the date they join EE broadband and paid charges incurred for leaving early (for example “early termination” or “early cancellation” charges, does not include standard monthly or outstanding call charges), evidence of which must be provided by uploading electronic copies at, where instructions on how to do this are provided. You must claim within 90 days of your EE broadband service being activated. Credit will be applied to your EE broadband account in the next month following the satisfactory completion and processing of your request.
