Netflix: Data used will be deducted from your plan allowance. Offer subject to change. Smart Benefit provides access to Netflix Basic membership (standard retail price usually £5.99). Existing Netflix customers who pay Netflix directly for their subscription must link their account to their EE plan. You will continue to be charged separately by Netflix for your existing Netflix account until you link that account to your EE plan. If you end your EE plan, Netflix will resume billing via your previous payment method. If your Netflix subscription is part of an inclusive bundle with a third party, you may continue to be charged via that third party. Upgrades to Netflix Standard plans and Netflix Premium plans available as an add-on when you take the Smart Benefit. You can cancel the add-on at any time. Data Gifting: Account holder only can gift to other pay monthly plans on the same account in increments of 500MB. No gifting to/from Smart Watches, 4GEE Home or 30-day 4GEE Wi-Fi plans. Data not used in a month does not roll over, allowances are set back to zero at the start of each month. If you are outside your price plans standard countries when your monthly allowances refresh on your bill date the main account holder will not be able to gift data until you return to the UK/EU. Data can only be used in accordance with the plan terms applicable to the receiving line. Extra 1GB only awarded if a new eligible plan is added to a family account, or an existing additional plan is upgraded to an eligible plan and not if an existing EE, Orange or T-Mobile plan is added to an account. If you remove a plan from your family account, the extra data related to that plan will be removed. You can nominate one of the plans on your account to receive the data boost, but it will lose the 10% discount if applicable. 10% discount only available to account holders with qualifying plans and only applied to eligible plans, see ee.co.uk for details. If account holder is new to EE the most expensive plan will be the qualifying plan and the cheaper plans will receive the discount. Remember, any price increase will be based on the un-discounted monthly payment due to us. We may withdraw any savings at any time on giving notice. If the account holder leaves EE or removes their account they will remain responsible for the charges for the remaining plans on the account.
EE Lifetime Warranty: The warranty is only available to new and upgrading customers taking a Handset or Tablet on an Essentials or Smart Plans, purchased directly from EE from 1st May 2019 (Excluding SIM, 4GEE Home, Wearables, Mobile Broadband/Mobile Wi-Fi). You must remain on an eligible Pay Monthly Plan. Your account must be up to date. Your EE Lifetime Warranty only covers the original device supplied to you by EE.
