Will these be delivered with my phone?

Yes. If you order your accessory and phone at the same time, your items will be delivered as soon as both items are available in our warehouse.
How do I add accessories to my basket?

Once you’ve chosen your phone and plan, scroll down in the basket and click on ‘Add to plan accessories’. From here, you can choose up to three accessories to add to your plan. Please note: not all accessories are available with all phones and plans.
I'm already on EE, how do I buy accessories?

If you’re already on EE, you can add an accessory to your plan within the first 12 months. Just go in store, or call up. If you’ve exceeded 12 months, you can buy any accessories outright through our accessories site, over the phone, or in store.
Can I buy accessories outright, rather than add them to my plan?

Yes, you can buy accessories outright through our accessories site, in store, or by calling 0800 956 6000.
Will I incur additional charges when I add accessories to my plan?

Add To Plan lets you buy new accessories and spread the cost across your EE pay monthly bills over 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest.

If you add an accessory to your plan, we’re agreeing to give you fixed sum credit to buy it.

This agreement starts the day the accessory is dispatched to your home address or the store you’re collecting it from.

You must repay the full cost of the item over a maximum of 11 monthly payments.

It’s your responsibility to make sure your order is correct before you submit it.
