How to connect AirPods to an Apple Mac?

With your AirPods in their case, open the lid. Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case until the status light flashes white. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Bluetooth. Select AirPods in the Devices list, then click Connect.
How to connect AirPods to a laptop / PC?

Yes, AirPods will connect with most Android devices with Bluetooth connectivity.
How to charge AirPods?

To charge your AirPods, put them in your case. Your case holds multiple, full charges for your AirPods, so you can charge on the go. To keep your AirPods charged, put them in the case when you're not using them. You can charge the case with a Lightning to USB cable.
How long do AirPods take to charge?

You can get 3 hours of charge in 15 minutes, or around an hour of battery life with a 5-minute charge.
How long is AirPods battery life?

With multiple charges in your case, you’ll get more than 24 hours listening time, or more than 18 hours talk time. You’ll get up to 5 hours listening time or up to 2 hours talk time on a single charge. Charging them for five minutes will provide around one hour listening or around one-hour talk time.
How to reset AirPods?

Press and hold the button on the back of the case for at least 15 seconds. The case's internal light between the ‌AirPods‌ will flash white and then amber, indicating the ‌AirPods‌ have reset.
Are AirPods waterproof?

They are not waterproof or water-resistant.
How to clean AirPods?

Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Make sure not to get any liquid in the openings. Clean the microphone and speaker meshes gently with a dry cotton swab. Remove any debris from the meshes with a clean, dry, soft-bristled brush.

If you add an accessory to your plan, we’re agreeing to give you fixed sum credit to buy it.

This agreement starts the day the accessory is dispatched to your home address or the store you’re collecting it from.

You must repay the full cost of the item over a maximum of 11 monthly payments.

It’s your responsibility to make sure your order is correct before you submit it.

Once we’ve got your order, we’ll email an acknowledgement of your order with all the details.

EE pay monthly handset customers only. Not available with SIM only plans. You can add up to 3 Add To Plan accessories within the first 17 months of your Pay Monthly plan. Subject to credit check. You are fully responsible for repaying to EE the full cost of the accessory. If you upgrade your pay monthly/phone plan before the 11 payments are complete, they will roll onto your new plan. If you choose to leave EE early you will be responsible for payment the remaining balance for your Add To Plan product, in addition to any early termination charges for your standard contract.
