If you add an accessory to your plan, we’re agreeing to give you fixed sum credit to buy it.

This agreement starts the day the accessory is dispatched to your desired delivery address or the store you’re collecting it from.

You must repay the full cost of the item over a maximum of 11 monthly payments.

It’s your responsibility to make sure your order is correct before you submit it.

Once we’ve got your order, we’ll email an acknowledgement of your order with all the details.

Add to Plan is available to EE pay monthly customers if you have had an account with a device plan for 1 month or with SIM Only for 6 months. The number and value of Add to Plan products you are eligible for is subject to credit check. You are fully responsible for repaying to EE the full cost of the accessory. If you chose to leave EE early you will be responsible for payment the remaining balance for your Add To Plan product, in addition to any early termination charges for your standard contract. What is Add To Plan?

With Add To Plan you don’t have to pay for your smart products all in one go. You can buy new products and spread the cost across your Pay Monthly bill over 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest.

Plus, if you have any problems later on, you can call one of our UK based call centres or pop into one of our stores.
I’m with EE already, how can I add a Gaming Bundle to my plan?

If you have an account with a device plan for 1 month or with SIM Only for 6 months, simply log in, select Accessories on the banner on your personal Shop landing page and you will be displayed with the wide range of Add to Plan products and Gaming Bundles.

For upgrading customers, once you’ve chosen your new phone and plan, scroll down on the basket page and click on Add To Plan products. This will present you with the top 6 recommended products based on the phone you have selected. You can select up to three products to add to your plan. If the product you wanted is not suggested on this page, you will need to wait for your phone to be delivered, then log back in to your account to view our full range, and add it to your plan from there.

Please note: not all Add To Plan products and Gaming Bundles are available with all phones and plans, and the number of products you are able to add to your account depends on your credit rating with us.
I’m new to EE, how can I buy a Gaming Bundle?

If you’re a new customer, you will need to take a phone on a 24-month EE plan, or a SIM Only plan, and be with us for 1 month for a handset and 6 months for Sim Only to be able to add any additional products or bundles. After 30 days, simply log-in, select Accessories on the banner on your personal Shop landing page and you will be displayed with the wide range of Add to Plan products and Gaming Bundles.

When can I use my Gaming Bundle services?

You will be able to use your Gaming Bundle services once we’ve dispatched any physical products you need to get started. We will send you a text message with instructions on how to activate your services.
