If you’re an existing customer, you can only add a product to your plan within the first 12 months of your 24-month contract, or at the same time as you are upgrading. (Because there needs to be at least 11 months left on your contract to pay off the product.)
For upgrading customers, once you’ve chosen your new phone and plan, scroll down on the basket page and click on Add to Plan products. This will present you with the top 6 recommended products based on the phone you have selected. You can select up to three products to add to your plan. If the product you wanted is not suggested on this page, you will need to wait for your phone to be delivered, then log back in to your account to view our full range, and add it to your plan from there.
If you are within the first 12 months of your 24-month contract, simply log in, select Add to Plan products on the banner on your personal Shop landing page and you will be displayed with the top 6 recommended products based on your existing phone. You can also click on ‘More accessories’ if you want to see the full range of products.
Please note: not all Add to Plan products are available with all phones and plans. Also the number of accessories you are able to add to your account depends on your credit rating with us.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to add any Add to Plan products to any SIM Only plan, or plans that are within the last 12 months of the contract. If you are not currently able to add a product to your plan, you may be able to purchase it outright on our accessories site.
