If you don’t return the 5GEE Home or 4GEE Home equipment within 30 days of cancelling 5GEE or 4GEE Home, your monthly bill will continue until the EE equipment is returned. Equipment provided may differ from that shown.

In order to retain your data boost when you upgrade or change your Pay Monthly plan, your 4GEE Home or EE broadband must still be active and you must be moving to an eligible Pay Monthly plan. External Antenna: 4GEE Antenna may boost 4G signal within your home / 5GEE Antenna may boost 5G signal within your home. The aerial will be positioned on an exterior wall of your property. You must be the owner of the property or you have the permission from the owner. Installation charge £100, includes £10 non-refundable call out charge. My EE App: My EE App connects to the internet whenever you use it. You will need mobile internet coverage or a WiFi connection. Downloading the app and any software updates for the app will use data.
