It's really easy to switch

Switching to EE Broadband is really easy. You won't even have to notify your current provider, as we'll do it for you.*

Online application takes less than five minutes, and (as long as you already have a phone line) your services will switch to EE Broadband with no interruption in service. Need a new phone line?

And if you're charged for leaving your current broadband provider early to switch to EE Broadband, we'll give you a £50 credit.

*The only exception is Virgin Media customers who should notify Virgin after ordering EE Broadband and receiving your engineer visit and service switch date. If you have a TV service with your broadband provider, you’ll need to contact them directly to cancel this.

Switching from Sky, BT, TalkTalk and Plusnet

Switching to EE Broadband from Sky, BT, TalkTalk or Plusnet is really easy.

We'll contact them for you. And if you’re charged early to switch to EE Broadband, we’ll give you a £50 credit.

If you have a TV service with any of these providers, then you’ll need to contact them directly to cancel this.

Switching from Virgin Media

Once you have purchased your EE Broadband, we'll let you know your switching date. When live you'll need to cancel with Virgin Media to minimise any loss of service. This includes any TV service you may have with them.

We'll offer you a £50 credit to your broadband account when you switch to EE Broadband from Virgin Media and cancel your Virgin Media contract early.

Everything we'll send you conveniently fits through your letterbox. And if you've chosen to take our amazing EE TV box free with your broadband plan, we'll have it with you three working days after your broadband is activated.

 

Need a new phone line?

Not everyone needs a new phone line, but if you're with Virgin or are moving into a new property you might. But don't worry it's a simple process. You'll be automatically prompted to book an appointment with an engineer once you've chosen your broadband plan, and the one off £50 cost will be added to your first bill.

And if you're charged a contract buyout fee for leaving your current broadband provider early, we'll give you a £50 credit.

Totally Unlimited Broadband

All our broadband plans, including superfast fibre, are totally unlimited so there are no usage caps or download limits
