With landline: See terms for calling add-ons.

Without landline: No landline calls service included. You will have no dial tone and will not be able to make or receive calls, including calls to emergency services.

Standard Broadband: Only available with landline.

Full Fibre Broadband: Only available without landline for customers living in premises enabled for full fibre from EE. Next-day activation available where an existing full fibre service is not in place. Orders must be placed before 1:30pm.

Out of contract broadband prices: From month 25 the monthly prices will be - Standard Broadband £32; Fibre £37; Fibre Plus £42; Fibre Max 100 £49; Fibre Max 300 £54.

5GB Data Boost: Available to new and existing Pay Monthly phone or 12-month SIM Only plan mobile customers who sign up to 4GEE Home or fixed broadband plan. Data allowance boosted by 5GB. Boost added to mobile only and cannot be added to 4GEE Home device. Not available with 30 Day SIM Only plans or non-lead Sharer plans. You’ll lose the data boost if you cancel your 4GEE Home or broadband plan. In order to retain your data boost when you upgrade or change your Pay Monthly plan, your 4GEE Home or EE broadband must still be active and you must be moving to an eligible Pay Monthly plan. It can take up to 30 days from broadband account start date for your Data Boost to be applied. Data fair use policy may apply when roaming. One boost per household. Subject to availability. Norton Security: 12 month subscription to Norton Security Premium for up to ten devices worth £79.99. Offer available to customers joining EE broadband for the first time. Subscription automatically renews for year 2 (currently £39.99). Set “Auto-Renewal” to “off” in your Norton account to avoid subscription charges. Minimum system requirements apply. Early Cancellation Credit: Only available to customers who are in contract with another provider for their broadband and calls subscription on the date they join EE broadband and paid charges incurred for leaving early (for example “early termination” or “early cancellation” charges, does not include standard monthly or outstanding call charges), evidence of which must be provided by uploading electronic copies at http://50credit.ee.co.uk/, where instructions on how to do this are provided. You must claim within 90 days of your EE broadband service being activated. Credit will be applied to your EE broadband account in the next month following the satisfactory completion and processing of your request.

No.1 for Customer Service: Independent research company Research Now SSI conducted customer satisfaction surveys across the UK, to which 6,331 people responded between December 2017 and November 2018. The survey asks how satisfied customers are with the quality of service offered by their broadband providers' contact centres, and it shows that EE are #1 in the Market.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and EE Gamer’s Data Pass offer: EE Pay Monthly Mobile handset, SIM and Tablet customers taking or upgrading to an eligible EE Broadband plan on a new 24 month minimum term contract entitled to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Gamer’s Data Pass for 6 months with Full Fibre 500 or for 12 months with Full Fibre 900.  Offer cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged. Not available with any other Xbox Game Pass Ultimate offer from EE.  If you cancel your EE Broadband the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Gamer’s Data Pass will be removed from your account at the end of the offer period.  If you cancel your EE Pay Monthly Mobile plan at any time, they will be removed immediately. You will retain access to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate until the next monthly renewal date After the offer period you will automatically be charged monthly (currently £10) on your EE Pay Monthly Mobile bill for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.  You can cancel at any time. EE Gamer’s Data Pass will be removed from your account after the offer period and data whilst playing games as set out below will then be deducted from your inclusive allowance.  Xbox Game Pass Ultimate: Email sent up to 14 days after order with a link to activate subscription. All other data used when you use the Content Apps will decrement from your plan’s data allowance. You must have some of your plan’s data allowance left else you will be unable to stream content on the Content Apps via your EE plan. It’s your responsibility to ensure that content accessed by under 18s is suitable for those viewing it. Mobile Broadband

4GEE/5GEE Home Router: Indoor use only. Compatible laptop/tablet and 4G/5G coverage required, see ee.co.uk/why-ee/mobile-coverage. Available on 24 month minimum term or 30 day contract. Subject to credit check. Plans are for mobile internet in a fixed location. Supports up to 32 compatible devices. Signal range up to 30m. The more devices you have connected to your 4G/5GEE Home Router at the same time, the slower your internet connection will be. Access to our fastest available speeds. 4G/5G speeds depend on the location of your router (we recommend you place your router on or near a window sill), the number of users and plan. Equipment may be different from that shown.  Further terms apply, see ee.co.uk/terms. 

4GEE External Antenna: 4GEE External Antenna: 4GEE Antenna may boost 4G signal within your home.  The aerial will be positioned on an exterior wall of your property. You must be the owner of the property or you have the permission from the owner.  Installation charge £100, includes £10 non-refundable call out charge A 5m cable will run from the aerial to the back of your 4GEE Home Router. Smart Wifi

Smart Wifi: 24 month minimum term applies. You own the Smart WiFi disc and 4GEE WiFi mini device after 6 months. Discs: one disc provided when you take Smart WiFi. Up to 2 further Discs if required delivery charge of £6.99 may apply. 4GEE WiFi mini: includes SIM  preloaded with 2GB monthly recurring data allowance. Data lasts 30 days or until used. Allowances don’t roll over. 3G and 4G coverage required, check ee.co.uk/coverage. Supports up to 20 compatible devices. Signal range up to 10m. The more devices you have connected at the same time, the slower your internet connection will be. Data boost: 250GB data boost if we identify a fault with your broadband service. Apple TV

Apple TV 4K with BT Sport: Available to EE pay monthly mobile and 12 and 24 month SIM plan customers signing up to a new broadband plan. If you cancel your pay monthly mobile plan your access to BT Sport will continue while you remain on your current broadband plan. Your access may be temporarily disrupted when your mobile service ceases. If you have BT Sport as an add-on or a Smart Benefit on a Smart Plan, it will be removed from your account. Not all content is available in 4K or 4K HDR. HDR compatible device required. 4K resolution requires 4K-capable TV. Accessing Dolby Atmos features requires Dolby Atomos-capable devices. Third party subscriptions may be required to access some content.

BT Sport: Initial registration must be carried out on a smartphone containing an EE SIM. Devices must use at least Android 4.1, Windows 10 or iOS 9 operating systems. Some in-app functionality is restricted on Windows 10. After registration your BT ID can be used to access BT Sport on your Apple 4K TV and other compatible devices. Stream on up to two compatible devices simultaneously. You’ll need a TV licence for the household registered to your EE account. BT Sport is for your personal, non-commercial use in the UK. You must not attempt to share, edit or adapt the content made available to you. It’s your responsibility to ensure that content accessed by under 18s is suitable for those viewing it. Content available on the BT Sport app may change from time to time. When you download and use the BT Sport app on a mobile device, you will use data that may decrement from your price plan’s inclusive 

Calling add-ons

Calling Add-Ons: One active Calling Add-On per account. You must keep your Calling Add-On for at least 30 days. For all Calling Add-Ons: Re-dial before 60 minutes to avoid call charges. All calls are rounded up to the nearest minute. If you make calls to numbers beginning 084, 087, 09 or 118 in the UK, your call charge is comprised of the EE access charge of 12p/min and a service charge that is set by the organisation you are calling. When you call 0845 or 0870 numbers at any time we’ll cover the cost of the EE access charge. 26p connection charge and standard per minute charges apply if you have used up your 1,500 minutes to UK mobile numbers. Weekend Calls to UK Landlines: Zero-rated calls to UK landlines starting 01, 02 and 03 at the weekend (that’s from midnight on Friday night to midnight on Sunday night).

Anytime Calls to UK Landlines: Zero-rated calls to UK landlines starting 01, 02 and 03 at any time.

Anytime Calls to UK Landlines & Mobiles: Zero-rated calls to UK landlines starting 01, 02, 03 and 1,500 minutes per month to call UK mobile numbers (excluding Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man.

Anytime UK & International Calls: Zero-rated calls to UK landlines starting 01, 02, 03 and to selected international standard landline numbers (see ee.co.uk/homepricing for countries), together with 1,500 minutes per month to call UK mobile numbers (excluding Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man). Add-On also gives 30% discount on our standard rates for calls from your UK landline to all other international landlines. We can change any of the included countries from the Add-On upon reasonable notice. Inclusive calls to international landlines will be subject to a 1,000 minute fair use policy and you cannot use this allowance to make calls to mobile telephone numbers (unless specifically stated), non-geographic or premium rate numbers.]
