Set up your router with our new app

If you need help setting up your EE broadband, or just want to make sure everything is working like it should – you can now use our brand new EE Virtual Support app to set it up yourself.

Just like having your own EE engineer to hand, it will show you how to set up your router and even where you need to plug everything in. At the end of the router setup, we can check your connection and make sure it’s all working fine.

All you need to do is download the app on your Apple or Android device and you’re good to go. Just make sure you have an EE Bright Box 1R router or an EE Smart Hub, and are using one of these devices:

• Apple iPhone 4s or above with iOS 8+
• Samsung Galaxy S6 or above with Android 5.1+

Once your broadband is ready, we’ll email or text you. You can only plug in your new router after you hear from us.
