When you order your device, select ‘Superfast delivery with expert set-up’, then choose when and where you’d like your phone delivered
One of our friendly experts will call or text you to let you know when they’re on their way, and drop your new device outside your door. A valid photo ID will be required at point of delivery.
Once you’ve got your new device, they’ll call you to talk you through setting it up so you’re ready to go straight away and explain any new features. If you don't need any help, no problem. Just let us know when we deliver your phone.

Enjoy No-Contact Delivery: Free delivery and virtual set up by an Enjoy expert is available to customers taking out a pay monthly plan with a device. Delivery slots available between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 6pm on Sundays. Order before 12pm for same day delivery. Same day delivery only available for upgrading customers and is dependent on availability of stock, availability of Enjoy experts, Geographical restrictions, bank holidays and exceptional circumstances apply. An Enjoy expert will deliver to a residential address only and help set up new device remotely over the phone. Only available for delivery within selected postcodes, see ee.co.uk/superfast-delivery to determine eligible postcodes. If you’re a new customer connecting through telesales, delivery is only available to your EE account billing address. Only available with selected devices. Account holder must be present.
