Stay connected if your data runs out
We’re the only network that makes sure you stay connected, even if your data runs out. You’ll automatically switch over to a slower speed (0.5Mbps) when you’ve used up your plan allowance.
EU roaming
Using the minutes, texts and data in the EU/EEA is no longer included in your plan allowance. You’ll be charged £2 a day to use your allowance in the EU/EEA unless you have an add-on or Smart Benefit that includes roaming.
Making Calls
Plans are for mobile internet use only. You will need to purchase a monthly calling add-on to make calls using your device on this plan. Calls made through Apps such as WhatsApp and Skype will continue to work over mobile data.
