Buying a new phone? Enjoy EXPERT SET-UP WITH free superfast delivery
At EE, we’re here to help you master every element of your new phone from the moment you get it. Our tech experts will help you set up your phone and show you everything it’s capable of - at a time and in a place that suits you.
In partnership with Enjoy, we’ll get one of our smartphone specialists to deliver your phone and help you get set up. And by that we mean everything from setting up smart shortcuts to essential app recommendations.
And the best thing is, expert set-up with superfast delivery is completely free, and you’ll get a two-hour time slot as soon as the same day, depending on where you are in the UK.
Delivery with a difference
You can’t always be at home, patiently waiting for the postie to show up at your door, so why not arrange delivery to a more convenient address, such as your workplace, gym or even the pub?
Wherever your location, if you’re in one of our delivery areas our experts will get your phone to you. And thanks to our exclusive partnership with Enjoy, you can even get your phone the same day you order it – simply choose a time slot between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday or 10am to 6pm on a Sunday, and if you want it the same day make sure you order before 12pm.
How our experts can help you
When your phone’s delivered, our experts can also help you get set up and acquainted with your new purchase. Whether you need to transfer all your contacts and content from your old phone, you’re making a switch from Apple to Android, or vice-versa, or you need to know how to navigate menus and work the gesture controls, our experts have the answers.
They’ll also be on hand to help with anything else, such as explaining your new phone’s features, and talking through relevant benefits such as Apple Music and BT Sport.

How it works
When you order your device online, select Expert set-up with superfast delivery and choose when and where you’d like your phone delivered. When your order is confirmed, you’ll get a call, text or email from your Enjoy expert with your delivery details.
Your friendly expert will arrive on time and help you set up your new device just the way you want it. Don’t forget to have valid photo ID with you for the appointment.
When you’re happy with everything, our expert will leave you with their contact details so you can get in touch with any questions and queries – or you can simply give us a call on 150 or head to ee.co.uk/help.
