There are six lenses, including a 3D Depth Camera
The Samsung Galaxy S10+ boasted an awesome array of cameras, including wide angle, ultra-wide angle and telephoto lenses on the back.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G features these same cameras, but with an added 3D depth-sensing lens, also know as a time-of-flight (ToF) camera. This gives a much more accurate sense of depth to your photos, helping you to take even better, more realistic portrait shots and blurred-background Live Focus images.
What’s more, this extra lens opens up new and exciting possibilities for virtual reality (VR) experiences and augmented reality (AR) gaming – such as Pokémon Go and the new Harry Potter: Wizards Unite game, which blends real-life environments with digital worlds.
There are two cameras on the front of the phone too: a 10MP camera and a ToF lens, which lets you add depth and creativity to your selfies. You can even record videos with blurred backgrounds – using the ToF camera to adjust the focus between the foreground and background in real time.
The 3D depth camera is also a great shopping partner. It accurately measures an item’s height, length and depth, so you know if it will fit into a space before you take it home.
