Rapid repairs at our Bluewater Samsung Support Centre
Need your Samsung device fixed fast? We’ve partnered with Samsung so that you can pop in to our Bluewater store for a same-day repair on site, with their official repairs team. Cracked screen, damaged charging port or technical troubles, it can all be sorted in store. Your device will look and work good as new when you leave. Plus, repairs won’t affect your Samsung warranty.
What’s more, you don’t even have to be an EE customer to get your Samsung device looked at and repaired at our Bluewater Support Centre. The service is open to everyone, whatever network you’re on.
Our on-site Samsung Support Centre, offering same-day repairs, is currently only available in our Bluewater store, but we’re looking to open more soon. Watch this space.

If you’ve got an issue with your Samsung smartphone, tablet or smartwatch, visit your local EE store where our friendly team will organise a rapid repair.
There are currently 23 EE stores offering a next-day Samsung repair service in and around South West London. If you’re an EE customer and your Samsung needs to be fixed fast, take your device into one of these EE stores where we’ll organise a next-day authorised repair. Your device will be couriered to our Samsung Support Centre, fixed by our team of Samsung experts and sent right back. We can even loan you a phone while yours is being looked at. It’s all part of the service.
No issue is too big or too small. And you can rest assured that your tech is in good hands. We’re working with Samsung’s official repairs team because they know their devices better than anyone. They’ll back up your contacts, photos, apps and messages before any work’s done, so everything is safe and ready to use when you get your device back.
