Pay monthly mobile price plans: 24 month minimum term. The upfront cost you pay for the device applies as you are agreeing to a 24 month plan at the monthly cost shown. Subject to terms and credit check. Monthly charges assume online billing. Allowances for use in the UK (excluding Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man) & Republic of Ireland. From January 2022 a £2 daily charge applies to use allowances in the EU/EEA unless you have an add-on or Smart Benefit that includes EU Roaming. 50GB data fair use policy applies outside the UK. See ee.co.uk/terms for countries and details. Deposit needed for roaming in limited circumstances. Use your allowance to call/text UK mobiles and landlines starting 01, 02 and 03 when in UK. Some numbers aren’t included: calls to 070 numbers cost up to 5p/min and calls to 084, 087, 09 & 118 cost 67p/min plus the applicable service charge. Unlimited Plans: 50GB fair use policy applies outside UK. Personal, non-commercial use only. If you regularly tether 12 or more devices, we will consider this non-personal use and have the right to move you to a more suitable plan. We will consider usage above 600GB/month to be non-personal use and have the right to apply traffic management controls to deprioritise your mobile traffic during busy periods or to move you to a business plan. You can gift up to 100GB. Data usage on an unlimited plan will decrement from giftable allowance. Any data boost allowance will be added to the giftable allowance.
Trade In: Trade-in value dependent on condition. Available in EE retail stores or the EE website only. Full upfront cost of new handset payable when you buy online. You will receive a card payment or cheque within 7 days of receipt of the trade-in device when you trade-in online. Trade-in value can be used to cover the upfront cost of a new device or as a credit on your account. You cannot cancel your new plan if your device has not been accepted or a lower price has been offered for trade-in. Device cannot be returned so ensure all contacts and data have been backed up. We reserve the right to ask for proof of ownership. We will check the device has not been reported as lost or stolen. If you cancel your new plan or return your new device, you will not be able to retrieve your old phone and will only be offered, by way of refund, an amount equal to the upfront cost you would have paid for the new device on the plan you have taken out.
