If you are one of the below customers you are eligible for the offer:

a) A customer taking an Apple Watch Series 3 or later on a Smart Watch Plan on EE from 04.08.21 and pairing it with an
iPhone 6s or later

b) A customer with a Consumer PAY Monthly phone plan on EE on iPhone 8 or later

c) A customer with a Consumer SIM only phone plan on EE on iPhone 8 or later

The up to 6 months free of Apple Fitness+ offer consists of 3 free months from EE and 3 free months from Apple.

Step 1: To get 3 free months from EE you need to text FITNESSPLUS to 150 from your iPhone or the iPhone paired with your Apple Watch purchased on EE. In response we will send you back a unique Apple Fitness+ 3 months free activation code. By clicking it you will be taken directly to Apple Fitness app where you will be able to finalise activation and to sign up directly with Apple.

Step 2: If you haven’t used or activated your 3 free months directly from Apple yet please go to Fitness app on your iPhone and click Fitness+ tab where you would be able to redeem the offer available directly from Apple.

Apple Fitness+ is fitness service giving you an access to a catalogue of trainer-guided video and audio workouts, with new ones added every week. You can watch them on your iPhone, iPad or Apple TV or take it further with Apple Watch and get in-session metrics, like heart rate and calories burned synced from your Apple Watch to your iPhone, iPad or Apple TV in real time. 

Apple Fitness+ appears automatically as the centre tab in the Fitness app on your iPhone.

For Apple Watch you can find Apple Fitness+ Audio Workouts in the Workout app and Apple Fitness+ Audio Meditations in the Mindfulness app.

For iPad, the Fitness app is available for iPhone or Apple Watch users to download from the App Store.

The Fitness app is also available on Apple TV (Apple TV HD and Apple TV 4k)

With Family Sharing, up to six people can access an Apple Fitness+ subscription, as long as they have an Apple Watch Series 3 or later or/and iPhone 8 or later. Each family member can workout with their own Apple ID on their own device - no need to share accounts or passwords. Just like with other subscriptions on Apple devices, you can check when offer ends going to (Settings-> your name/Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store-> iTunes & App Stores-> Apple ID->View Apple ID->Subscriptions). The offer will automatically renew after the period of free months received unless you cancel at least 24 hours before trial period ends. EE will not remind you of the period ending.

After the free trial you will be charged £9.99 per month directly by Apple unless you cancel the subscription with Apple.

6 months free trial consists of 3 free months on us and 3 free months from Apple. So if you have already used your 3 free months of Apple Fitness+ from Apple or currently are on 3 month free trial with Apple, you will only be eligible for an additional 3 months on EE.

If you are on paid Apple Fitness+ subscription with Apple, your 3 months free will activate from the next month on your bill.

Whether or not you have already used your 3 free months of Fitness+ from Apple, you will still receive 3 free months from EE (you can only get the 3 months free offer from us once).

No, the promotion will extend your existing subscription and push out your next billing date.

Yes, in order to activate your offer, you will need to have an active Apple ID.

No, a payment method on file for your Apple ID will be used for recurring charges.
