What’s the difference between iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max?
The most obvious difference is in display size – iPhone XS Max boasts a huge 6.5-inch Super Retina OLED display, compared to iPhone XS’s more modest 5.8-inch screen. iPhone XS Max also has slightly superior battery life than iPhone XS, allowing up to 13 hours internet use on full charge as opposed to 12 hours. Another difference is in cost – with iPhone XS Max being the premium option.

What’s the difference between iPhone XS and iPhone XR?
iPhone XS and iPhone XR share some similarities - both offer wireless charging and have the same super-fast A12 Bionic chip with next-generation Neural Engine. Both rely on Face ID for unlocking and accessing private apps. However, there are significant differences too.
iPhone XS has a 5.8-inch (6.5-inch if you opt for the iPhone XS Max) Super Retina OLED display, which makes videos, photos and websites look better than ever. It’s available in 64GB, 246GB and 512GB versions. Unlike iPhone XR, it has a dual rear camera which allows 2x optical zoom. It’s water resistant to a depth of 2 metres for up to 30 minutes (compared to 1 metre for iPhone XR). It comes in three colours: silver, grey and new gold.
iPhone XR is the lower cost option, and is available in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB versions. It has a 6.1-inch LCD Liquid Retina display. It comes in six colours: white, black, coral, blue, yellow and Product Red.
