Pay As You Go Packs: Packs automatically recur. If pack cannot recur because you haven’t topped up, we’ll try taking payment for 90 days. UK only. You can opt out at any time.
Pay As You Go Data Rollover: Unused data from your Pack allowance is added to the next Pack that you buy as ‘rollover data’ and lasts for the duration of the Pack Validity Period (i.e. 30 days). To qualify, buy a new eligible Pack within 7 days of your original Pack expiring. Applies to all 30-day packs with allowance of at least 100MB data. You can’t roll over data from add-ons or Free Boosts or data rolled over from the previous month. Your data allowance will be used in the following order for each Pack: (1) Rollover data, (2) core pack allowance, (3) Free Boosts.
Flex Plan general: You must pay for Flex Plans using your credit/debit card, not using top up credit. Plans automatically recur. If your plan cannot recur because there is an issue with your payment card, we will contact you. UK only. You can opt out at any time. Card Payments: To pay for your plan directly with a credit/debit card you need to set up a services-on-demand arrangement and a payment which will reoccur automatically every 30 days, a continuous payment authority. This means you authorise us to take payment from the registered debit/credit card every time you pay for an eligible plan or add-on. You can cancel this at any time in My EE or by calling 150. If you cancel within 14 days of your first purchase via your card, you'll get a refund for any unused services. You will have to pay for any services used during your cooling off period if you cancel. We will stop your continuous payment authority if you don’t make a call, text or use any data for 90 days.
Triple data for six months: Offer ends 30.01.2020. Up to 6 months’ triple data when you join a £10, £15, £25 or £30 Flex plan or purchase a £10, £15 or £20 PAYG Data Pack. £1 Data Pack is not included in this offer. Receive triple data for the first six months that you buy that plan or a higher plan. Triple data will not roll over. Activate your SIM within 90 days of purchase and before 30.01.2020 to start receiving triple data. You must start your 6th plan or pack before 1st February 2021 to receive triple data on all 6 plans/packs. 6 Months Apple Music Data Streaming on us: Available to new and existing Pay Monthly phone or SIM only phone plans on a 12 month or more minimum term taking the Apple Music Streaming add-on for the first time. Not available to Business Connect customers. For 6 months, data used while streaming/downloading from the Apple Music app while in the UK will not decrement from your plan’s inclusive data allowance. You must have some of your plan’s data allowance left else you will be unable to stream or download music using mobile data.
