Get extra data with Free Boosts
Buy the same pack three months in a row and pick up your Free Boost with your third pack or renewal. So if your pack allowance is 8GB, it will grow to 8.5GB after three months, 9GB after six months and so on.

- How a pack works
Simply top up enough to cover the cost of your pack and it will come straight out of your credit when you make your first call, text or use data. Your pack will last for up to 30 days, depending on the type you’ve chosen, and will automatically renew after this time is up as long as you have enough credit.
You can call/text 150 to swap between packs at any time. Your new pack will start when your current one ends. The longer you buy packs for, the better they get. Every three packs you buy, you get a choice of a Free Boost to either your minutes or your data allowance. So every time you buy a pack after that, you’ll either get extra data or minutes – and it keeps going up! And, we now have Roll Over. This means any unused data now rolls over into the next one you buy, so you get a second chance to use it.

If you use up any of your pack allowances early you can buy extra minutes, texts or data at any time to keep you going until your next pack starts.

- How do I keep my existing number?
If you’re moving from Orange or T-Mobile, simply order your SIM from our dedicated Moving to EE section. Once you insert your SIM we’ll automatically move your number and any remaining credit across.
If you’re moving to us from another network, don’t worry – there’s a simple process all network providers follow to make things easy for everyone. Call your old network to say you’re leaving and they’ll give you a special code called a Port Authorisation Code (PAC) that you’ll need to give us when you receive your new EE SIM through the post or in store.

- Will the SIM fit my device?

- How do I top up?
You will need to top up to ensure you have enough credit to pay for your next pack. You can do this in a number of ways:
1) Download the My EE app to take care of things like topping up and checking your usage allowances
2) Call 150 and choose top up from the options
3) Use the E top up card included with your SIM to top up at more than 100,000 shops across the country

- What happens if I use up my pack allowances early?
If you use up any of your allowances, you can start a new pack early. Check you have enough credit and then text NOW to 150. We’ll remove your current pack and replace it with a new one.
If you regularly use up your pack allowances early you may want to switch to a bigger pack. To do this just log in to My EE, click Pack and add-ons in the menu, and under Next pack, click CHANGE.
- The legal bit
Pay As You Go Packs: Packs automatically recur. If pack cannot recur because you haven’t topped up, we’ll try taking payment for 90 days. UK only. You can opt out at any time.
General: Minutes and texts are from the UK to UK mobiles and UK landline starting with 01, 02 and 03 (excl. Jersey Guernsey & Isle of Man). Out of allowance calls to these numbers cost 35p/min. Calls to 084, 087, 09 & 118 numbers are not included; you’ll be charged EE’s Access Charge of 44p/min plus the applicable service charge. If you call a 070 you’ll be charged up to 75p/min. See ee.co.uk for our Price Guide for a detailed list of service charges & more info on charges outside of your allowance. If you don’t call, text or top-up every 180 days you will be disconnected and you’ll lose any credit on your account. Subject to availability. Personal use only.
Free Boosts: You must have bought at least 12 Packs (7-day subscription) or 3 Packs (30-day subscription). Boosts last the duration of your Pack and don’t roll over. You cannot accrue Boosts for 7-day and 30-day subscriptions simultaneously. Boost must be selected within 60 days of notification of eligibility and will be added when you purchase your next pack. If you move between 7-day and 30-day packs, you will lose any Boosts accrued.
If you move to the £5 Pack from any other pack or from the £5 Pack to a different Pack you will lose any Boosts accrued.
Data Roll over: If you have not used all of the data allowance in your Pack when the Pack ends the unused data will be added to the next Pack that you buy. You cannot roll over data from add-ons or Free Boosts. Applies to 30 day PAYG
Packs with a data allowance of 100MB or more only. You must buy a new qualifying Pack within 7 days of the expiry of the original Pack with unused data to qualify for data rollover. Rollover data lasts for the duration of the Pack Validity Period (i.e. 30 days) so will not roll over a second time if you do not use it up. Your data allowance will be applied in the following order for each Pack: (1) Rollover data, (2) core pack allowance (3) Free Boosts.
