With Full Cover insurance from EE, you can relax because if your device is lost, stolen, damaged or breaks down, you could get a replacement the next day. You’re also covered worldwide, plus you get access to special offers and discounts on accessories. If Full Cover insurance isn't for you, then you might prefer Damage Cover insurance to protect your device against cracks, smashes and spills.
To add device insurance and protection cover from EE, simply choose your preferred cover from 'Choose your Extras' in your basket.
The monthly price shown, add-ons and all out of bundle charges will increase on or after 31 March every year by the Consumer Price Index rate of inflation published in January that year, plus 3.9%. Pay Monthly Mobile Plans: 24 month minimum term. The upfront cost you pay for the device applies as you are agreeing to a 24 month plan at the monthly cost shown. Subject to terms and credit check. Monthly charges assume online billing. Allowances for use in the UK (excluding Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man) & Republic of Ireland. From January 2022 a £2 daily charge applies to use allowances in the EU/EEA unless you have an add-on or Smart Benefit that includes EU Roaming. 50GB data fair use policy applies outside the UK. See ee.co.uk/terms for countries and details. Deposit needed for roaming in limited circumstances. Use your allowance to call/text UK mobiles and landlines starting 01, 02 and 03 when in UK. Unlimited Plans: 50GB fair use policy applies outside UK. Personal, non-commercial use only. If you regularly tether 12 or more devices, we will consider this non-personal use and have the right to move you to a more suitable plan. We will consider usage above 600GB/month to be non-personal use and have the right to apply traffic management controls to deprioritise your mobile traffic during busy periods or to move you to a business plan. You can gift up to 100GB. Data usage on an unlimited plan will decrement from giftable allowance. Any data boost allowance will be added to the giftable allowance.
Upgrade Anytime: You can upgrade anytime so long as you have had your plan for at least 15 days and are up to date with all your payments. You’ll have to pass a credit check and your new plan must be of the same or higher value. You may have to pay an early upgrade fee and we’ll tell you this before you upgrade. Your old device must be returned in full working order, be able to power up, with any security features such as Find My iPhone disabled, otherwise damaged/missing device charge may apply, see ee.co.uk/upgrade anytime for charges. Your device cannot be returned so ensure all contacts and data have been backed up before sending it to us.
Stay connected: If you have a capped data allowance (i.e. not an unlimited data plan) once you have used up your monthly data allowance your speed will be capped at 0.5Mbps. You will regain access to our fastest speeds upon (1) renewal of your monthly plan allowance, (2) by buying one of our data add-ons, or (3) If you are gifted data by someone else in your family account. Once the data add-on or gifted data runs out, you will return to the capped speed.

Smart Benefits: Available to Pay Monthly handset, selected SIM and tablet customers on a Smart Plan or Full Works Plans. Once you’ve chosen, you can change your Smart Benefit thereafter every 30 days. Choose your Smart Benefit at purchase, via My EE or by texting 150, for more details go to ee.co.uk/passes. We may at any time change the range of Smart Benefits available, the content of Smart Benefits or the minimum length of time each must be active for. Each Smart Benefit may take up to 24 hours to activate. Third party subscriptions may be required.
Video Data Pass: Available as a Smart Benefit on plans with a limited data allowance only. Data used whilst streaming and downloading video content on Netflix, MTV Play, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, BBC iPlayer TV Player, BT Sport, BritBox, YouTube Kids, BBC iPlayer Kids and Twisted Mirror, whilst in the countries included in your Plan allowance will not decrement from your plan’s inclusive data allowance. All other data used when you use the Content Apps will decrement from your plan’s data allowance. You must have some of your plan’s data allowance left else you will be unable to stream content on the Content Apps via your EE plan. The EE Video Data Pass is for your personal, non-commercial use. It’s your responsibility to ensure that content accessed by under-18s is suitable for those viewing it. Content via the EE Video Data Pass may change from time to time. Gamer’s Data Pass: Data used whilst playing games such as Pokémon Go, FIFA Mobile, Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes, Harry Potter: Wizards Unite and streaming content on Twitch whilst in the countries included in your Plan allowance will not decrement from your plan’s inclusive data allowance. All other data used when you use the Content Apps will decrement from your plan’s data allowance. You must have some of your plan’s data allowance left else you will be unable to stream content on the Content Apps via your EE plan. This Pass is for your personal, non-commercial use. It’s your responsibility to ensure that content accessed by under 18s is suitable for those viewing it. Content via the Gamer’s Data Pass may change from time to time.
Roam Abroad Pass: Available to Pay Monthly handset, selected SIM and tablet customers on a Smart Plan. Access your standard plan allowances in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand in addition to the UK. Remember, data fair use policy outside UK of 50GB applies. See ee.co.uk/terms for countries and details. EU/EEA included in Pass from January 2022 (see ee.co.uk/terms for full list of destinations). Allowances last until next bill or until used up, whichever comes first. Allowances don’t roll over. Our stable links policy applies, as set out in the Plan Terms. Once you have used up the allowance, or hit your 50GB fair use amount, standard rates apply as set out in the Non-Standard Price Guide.
BT Sport Ultimate: Data used will be deducted from your plan allowance. Devices must use at least Android 4.4 or iOS 9 operating systems. Events will be shown in HDR, 4K, 4K HRD depending on the event and device. To use the app you’ll need a TV licence for the household registered to your EE account. BT Sport is for your personal, non-commercial use in the UK. You must not attempt to share, edit or adapt the content made available to you. It’s your responsibility to ensure that content accessed by under 18s is suitable for those viewing it. Content available via the app may change from time to time.
Apple Music: Data used will be deducted from your plan allowance. Apple Music is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Requires a handset using either iOS 10 or Android 5 or later. Apple ID required. You must not attempt to share, edit or adapt the content made available to you. Content is variable and may be withdrawn at any time. UK use only. Apple Music terms apply. Apple Arcade: Data used will be deducted from your plan allowance. Only available to iOS users. Apple Arcade is for your personal, non-commercial use only. To redeem requires an iPhone using iOS13 or later. To access content requires a device using iOS13 or later, iPad using iPadOS and Mac with macOS Catalina. Apple ID required. You must not attempt to share, edit or adapt the content made available to you. Content is variable and may be withdrawn at any time. UK use only. Apple Arcade terms apply. WiFi Calling: EE pay monthly customers with compatible phone only (check compatibility at ee.co.uk/wificallingphones). Wi-Fi with broadband internet connection required. EE accepts no responsibility for the quality, availability or coverage of Wi-Fi networks and calls made or received over them. All calls or texts charged as per your EE price plan, see ee.co.uk/priceguides. Wi-Fi Calling is only supported by the EE version of Android and Windows devices, which can only be bought directly from us in one of our stores, online at ee.co.uk, or through our telesales team. Android and Windows devices bought from other retailers will not be able to support Wi-Fi Calling.
5GB Data Boost: Available to new and existing customers who sign up to 4GEE Home or fixed broadband plan. Data allowance boosted by 5GB. Boost added to mobile only and cannot be added to 4GEE Home device. Not available with 30 Day SIM Only plans or non-lead Sharer plans. You’ll lose the data boost if you cancel your 4GEE Home or broadband plan. In order to retain your data boost when you upgrade or change your Pay Monthly plan, your 4GEE Home or EE broadband must still be active and you must be moving to an eligible Pay Monthly plan. It can take up to 30 days from broadband account start date for your Data Boost to be applied. Data fair use policy may apply when roaming. One boost per household. Subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or vary the boost at any time.
Family data gifting: Account holder only can gift to other pay monthly plans on the same account in increments of 500MB. No gifting to/from Smart Watches, 4GEE Home or 30-day 4GEE Wi-Fi plans. Data not used in a month does not roll over, allowances are set back to zero at the start of each month. If you are outside your price plans standard countries when your monthly allowances refresh on your bill date the main account holder will not be able to gift data until you return to the UK/EU. Data can only be used in accordance with the plan terms applicable to the receiving line.

You must remain on an eligible Pay Monthly Plan. Your account must be up to date. Your EE Lifetime Guarantee only covers the original device supplied to you by EE.
