You must have between 10 and 5 months remaining before the end of your contract on your current 24-month handset plan (excluding Annual Upgrade and Upgrade Anytime), to qualify for a waived early upgrade fee. Your device must be in good working order, power up and have no major screen damage to qualify for the promotion. If your device is damaged, you will be liable to pay a damage fee.
