Annual Upgrade: Getting the newest phone is easy. After 12 months you just bring the handset you are getting now in to one of our stores, and providing it’s in good condition and full working order, you can hand it back and upgrade there and then to a new 24 month plan at the same or higher cost. If you have BT Sport casting, data used whilst in the UK when watching sports matches and events live or on catch up using the BT Sport app will not decrement from your plan’s data allowance. You must have some of your plan’s data allowance left or you will be unable to watch sports matches or events on the BT Sport app using mobile data either live or on catch up. You will not be able to cast from Windows devices. To use BT Sport casting you will need access to a computer or a Google Chromecast or Apple TV. Three months free: Available to customers on consumer and small business plans requesting the BT Sport Add-On for the first time. If you’ve previously benefited from our six months’ free offer, you won’t be eligible. The Add-On is available for three consecutive months. The three months starts as soon as we receive your request for the Add-On or from the date you join or upgrade your price plan. If the Add-On is removed from your account at any point during the three month period, you’ll be unable to get the Add-On again free of charge.
