What is Upgrade Anytime?
With Upgrade Anytime you can upgrade to a new phone just 14 days after starting your plan, so you never miss out on the latest devices.
Visit us in store to trade in your current phone and upgrade. Depending on where you are in your contract you may also need to pay on upgrade fee.
What you need to do

If you use an Apple phone, remember to:
- Back up your phone to iCloud
- Check you're eligible for Upgade Anytime
- Bring your phone and valid photo ID to your nearest EE store
If you use an Android phone, remember to:
- Back up your phone to Google Drive
- Check you're eligible for Upgrade Anytime
- Bring your phone and valid photo ID to your nearest EE store

Find your nearest store
Take your phone to your nearest EE store, along with a valid photo ID, to trade in upgrade.
Don't forget to bring:
- Your phone, backed up
- Your current photo ID
Your questions answered
Do I need to pay a fee to upgrade?
Depending on how far you are into your contract, you may need to pay an upgrade fee as
well as trade in your current phone. If you’d prefer, you can wait until your regular
upgrade to avoid any fees and keep your phone
What if my phone is damaged?
We’ll assess your phone in store and if there is any damage we may charge you more to upgrade.
What ID can I bring?
We’ll need to see a current passport, driver’s license or other photo ID.
