Can I move to EE pay monthly instead?

You can choose a fantastic deal when you switch from pay as you go to pay monthly on EE.

An added benefit of moving to pay monthly is WiFi Calling.

If you get patchy signal at home, or even no signal at all, you're now able to use your home WiFi to make and receive calls and text as normal. Calls and texts come out of your monthly allowance, and out-of-allowance calls will be charged at your standard rate.

Can I change pay as you go packs?

You can change to another pack whenever your current pack finishes via My EE.

You'll pay for your new pack at the point you choose to change it.

If you've just received your new EE SIM and you've not used any data, texts or minutes on your pack, you can change it through My EE or by texting ALL PACKS to 150.

What if I don't use my phone to go online?

That's fine. You'll get better value too. Our range of Talk and Text packs start from just £1 a week, giving you all the minutes and texts you need.

How is EE different from Orange or T-Mobile?

Orange and T-Mobile are brought to you by EE. We're all part of the same company - and you probably already see EE on your phone screen because you're using EE's 3G network.

EE - created by the team that first brought Orange and T-Mobile together - launched the UK's first 4G network, giving you superfast internet on the go.

The legal bit

4G speeds depend on location & number of users. Check your 4G coverage before you buy ee.co.uk/coverage. Compatible 4G device needed.

Packs: Packs automatically recur. If pack cannot recur because you haven’t topped up, we’ll try taking payment for 90 days. UK only. You can opt out at any time.

Free Boosts: Buy at least three 30-day Packs or twelve 7-day packs in a row to earn a Free Boost. We’ll tell you you’re eligible, then choose your Boost (extra mins, texts or data) within 60 days and it will be added when you buy your next pack. Each Boost lasts as long as the pack you buy, either 30 days or 7 days. Every 3 months the data boost will increase by 500MB data. Boosts last the duration of your Pack and don’t roll over. You cannot earn Boosts for 7-day and 30-day subscriptions simultaneously. If you move between 7-day and 30-day packs, you will lose any Boosts accrued.

General: Minutes and texts are from the UK to UK mobiles and UK landline starting with 01, 02 and 03 (excl. Jersey Guernsey & Isle of Man). Out of allowance calls to these numbers cost 35p/min. Calls to 084, 087, 09 & 118 numbers are not included; you’ll be charged EE’s Access Charge of 44p/min plus the applicable service charge. If you call a 070 you’ll be charged up to 75p/min.
