How do I claim my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card?

You will be sent a text message within 5 working days of purchasing your SIM ONLY plan explaining how to claim your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. You will be directed to our dedicated website to enter your EE Mobile Number and PIN, which will be in the SMS, to complete the claim process. You must claim within 28 days of your SIM ONLY purchase date.

How do I know if I’m eligible for a voucher?

How long do I have to claim my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card?

Customers eligible for the SIM ONLY Amazon offer have 28 days from date of purchase to claim. After this time you will no longer qualify.

If I don’t receive my claim SMS who do I contact?

If you haven’t received your claim SMS within 5 working days of your purchase date for the SIM ONLY Amazon offer, please contact our customer service team on 0800 587 2296^ or email mobilehelp@eereward.co.uk.

How will I receive my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card?

Your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card will be sent to you via email from support@eereward.co.uk

When will I receive my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card?

Provided you have claimed online, we aim to get your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card to you via email after the 14 day qualification period, as long as you are still connected.

If I don’t receive my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card or it doesn’t work who do I contact?

If you have claimed online and your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card hasn’t arrived within 21 days of your purchase date — or your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card doesn’t work — please contact our customer service team on 0800 587 2296^ or email mobilehelp@eereward.co.uk.

Can my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card be sent to a different email address?

No, your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card can only be sent to the email address you provided when you claimed.

Can I use my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card straight away?

Once your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card arrives, you can use it straight away.

How long is my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card valid for?

Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards are valid for up to 10 years. 

What happens if I don't spend the funds before my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card expires?

The funds on an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card are valid for up to 10 years. Once the voucher expires, any remaining funds will no longer be available.

Where can I spend my Amazon.co.uk Gift Card?
